Bug fix Advise please?
Okay so my brother downloaded this app on his phone, then it shared to mine. After that I tried to delete it but it wouldn’t go away! Then I tried deleting it on my brothers phone but it still didn’t go away. Now it says on my phone I can download it, but it still keeps taking up my storage. What do I do? Please help with this bug!.

I just subscribed and the game isn’t working. It will take me to the loading screen, then load completely and pop back into the main menu. Doesn’t matter which section I pick. I would like to get my subscription money back if the game isn’t playable. We have tried resetting our device, connecting to a different wifi, checking for updates, etc.

Paid and nothing loads
Paid for the 6.99 per month subscription and not a single game loads. We watch the bar load which takes forever then it takes you to a black screen then straight back to the homepage!? Waste of money!!!!!!!
