Lego play

Buttons are not working and when they do it takes forever and sometimes takes me to the homepage, it takes forever to load and then when I’m on it it also takes forever to load again and when I log in two days later I have to do it again .,with the rewards the page fails

This doesn't sound right! Please make sure that there is enough space on your device and the app is up to date. If you have done this and are still experiencing issues, reach out to LEGO.build/Service so we can take a deeper dive. -Elizabeth, LEGO® Customer Service

How awesome LEGO PLAY is

It is awesome!!! But I think you need to make the loading screens a bit faster so people that are playing can get on their game faster. And why is there loading screen just Lego people dancing? I mean, that’s just weird.

Needs work.

There’s a lot of things I’d change. It needs notifications that tell you things other then “yay your creation is up” and “we’ve rejected your creation.”
UPDATE: it wont stop telling me to rate it. Im pretty sure I have? Like, I typing it now? And I understand getting rid of the like/comment count (were no one can see the number of comments, or the number of likes. Oh, and no one gets notified). There was ONE DAY. that we got notifications. What happened there?
I’d like an in-automated response.
Yet ANOTHER UPDATE: please stop asking my to rate this app. I already did.

Very cool and fun game

This is one of my favorite Lego games and I don't really no what's wrong with it

Great App

Great previews I just wish that the games section with the build challenges would let you build your own thing then send the idea to Lego

Genuinely bad

Like seriously, these moderators do nothing but being an annoyance, even though you say they are human, no human could be dumb or rude enough to reject almost every single post that comes their way. The mods say that my posts need to be ‘more friendly next time’ even though I do nothing but Cheery and Friendly posts!😡 please fix your app.
Kind regards, BiggestSlipperyPants

Some tips for the developers to make this app better!

LEGO® Play is supposed to be about creativity and stuff like that, but LEGO® Life had much more things you could do. Also to be honest, it was a very poor decision to replace it with this. But here are some tips to make LEGO® Play better:

1. Add helpful notifications, like notifying me when a friend posts something, or when someone likes or comments on my post.

2. Add the ability to react to people’s posts. This would make it much more easier to join contests instead of people having to use tags.

3. Add the ability to tag people on your posts. It was helpful to tag people on LEGO® Life, because if you wanted a certain person to see your post, you could just tag them, and it would just notify the person that you tagged them.

4. Make it visible to see how much likes and comments each post has. This can give motivation for people to post more if they see how many people are seeing their posts.

Trust me, if you add all these things, the LEGO® Play community will ultimately grow bigger and better, and people will stop complaining about how Lego Life was so much better.
