LEGO Technic AR Review
The LEGO Technic AR experience is fun, but limited. Try not to pay for it, as I found only the helicopter game for the Mars Rover really fun.

This game is really cool with the 3D stuff and being able to drive in the house, and when I was trying the races it had me steer!? The app does not tell me how to steer and I am just confused and is just driving forward, I might be doing something wrong but idk.
Other than that I love the game!

Very fun building and the app lets you see how good and fast the car goes it also accelerates very vastly
Cool but lacking substance
First let me say that I am a huge Lego fan. However I find this app pretty bland as there is not much too it. I have both the Yamaha and the mars rover technically sets. Now don’t get me wrong I love both sets however this app seemed more like gimmick as it does not add much value to the sets. Just to be clear I find it supper interesting that you can see extra details about the sets however after you mess around for a couple of minutes the novelty wears off. Overall there is not enough interactive elements where I would say that this app is a must have and I would also say that there are not enough utilizing this feature. If Lego adds more of the newer technic sets and if Lego retroactively add this feature to their older technic, the supper car sets, the 1:8 scale motorcycles while also adding more information and interactive features this would enhance the experience a lot. Finally if the developers allowed you to be able to see and interact with all of the sets using this feature to see the components like the transmissions engine and how they work that would add a much more positive experience.

I don’t have any of the sets I thought you could just get a technic car and push it. I trued my McLaren GTR and the app didn’t support it.

Scan your technic car from the app it’s just three stars because I just need you to like you can scan anything or you can have a thing where you can like play instead of like having a car but when you have a car but it’s not matching you can scan it and you can play with it. I don’t know why you do this but I’m still happy because I’ve got the Ford Shelby
