Still blank pages, slow updating scores, match commentary and league table, no notifications or sound alerts during live games. ‘Predictions’ feature only works on mobile signal not on WiFi - if trying to play this game score prediction on WiFi you are unable to and it shows message ‘ you must be in uk to access this feature’ despite being in uk.
Been reporting these issues for months now and they are never fixed, this app hasn’t been updated for more than 6 months and is now incompatible with IOS 26. Needs a huge update now. App developers couldn’t care less about true fans of this club.

iOS version
The app says I need to update my iPad iOS to iOS 17. But my system says my iPad 5 software is up to date with iOS 16.x. I still get software updates for this iPad. What’s happening? I can’t open the app.

My smartphone doesn’t have the iOS 17 due to age of phone.Everything was alright so why change it ? So now I cannot see any thing new . Thanks for nothing.

Told to download the new App, but it dosen’t work!!! What was wrong with the old one? Cannot access the Club news now!

Why do we have to create an account and sign in to see content?? Completely unnecessary.

Slow score updates
Updates during game for goals scored is too slow on app and widgets, also ‘commentary’ on app is too slow updating . No sound alerts for goals scored either.
Also unable to log into my account- it no longer recognises my saved details or password.

Useless
First match of the new season and guess what the app crashes on match kick off. Text match commentary goes blank and doesn’t update. Text commentary should start on the whistle at the start of game but it’s not it’s still blank 10 minutes in. Not everyone is watching it on TV or radio but relying on this app for commentary. Absolutely useless and frustrating
