The app is too hard to use if you have a membership and want to change your membership and you enter your email it comes up this email is already registered and you can’t move on through the app it is so frustrating I’m not one of those people who have more than email address so how do you get another membership if your already registered please advise thank you

I am trying to register my account .A message keeps appearing saying terms and conditions not accepted- but there is nowhere to accept terms and conditions. I'm going round in circles.

Once you login you shouldn’t have to keep doing it as you move around the site. I found that when I wanted to upgrade from gym and swim to use the spa as well, the site wanted to take a prorated amount out of my account equivalent of paying for the month twice.
