I can no longer log in after their migration. Pretty poor standards!
Booking
The new booking system is not very good. It is very difficult to use. I have a gym membership that I paid for, and was able to book badminton courts for free. Now I have to pay £15.80 for a court for just an hour, even though I have a membership.

Useless buggy app
Total trash, they keep changing the booking system it logged you out can’t get in scanning through. Constantly telling you that the problem with your account when it’s just their Internet connection.
Cancellations problem
Has a bug. When a court is cancelled, the voucher is not automatically released to allow customers to reuse it.

Great gym with a newly updated range of latest workout equipment.

Most of the time it gives error " page not found" specifically when tries to book swimming lessons from tom dean.

Try to accept terms&conditions by iPhone while registering it’s not possible because focus on background page and it’s impossible to scroll down page to push accept button. Also I can’t find price for family membership.

This app is awful! One of the worst I’ve ever used, super buggy. Developer needs to look at this… feels like 2008.

Rubbish if you want to pay
I love being able to book classes using the App, but as soon as you need to pay for something using a card, you only get errors because the app can’t cope with the bank authentication routines. It is incredibly frustrating having to phone up to book a court, especially if you are booking while travelling.

It has an annoying bug
If you book a badminton court using a membership voucher but later cancel it, the app does not allow you to use a voucher for booking another court
Outdated and infuriating
App doesn’t support autofill of details, doesn’t support any autofill payment or payment solutions, doesn’t have booking & billing address auto complete, and when there is a booking error (often), you have to do everything again manually. Painful app. Do better.
