Brilliant
We had a really good time again, lodge was brilliant, great location with stunning views, close to falls and walks and nice friendly staff who are helpful. Been going here for 10+ years and already booked to go again and can’t wait.
Poor Services
We drove all the way from Manchester to have a nice vacation to this lodge but not what I expected far from everything and the services is very poor at the restaurant, safety for the Guest is very low, and did not provide garbage plastic or cleaning equipment so the experience we had is not good after spending a lot of money and time to enjoy never come to this lodge again

Ullswater Heights cabin 98
Just arrived to day, staff very friendly and helpful. Had a few things missing which was replenished straight away . No hair dryer but I had brought my own so not a problem. We let them know about door stencil in main bedroom as it had been chewed by previous occupants before us , but apart from this the lodge is very spacious. And clean ,Lovely touch with dog bowl and dog treats . Time to chill and enjoy my 60 th birthday 🥂🥂🥂looking forward to getting in hot tub .

Christmas & New Year 2022-2023
This has been the most relaxing & peaceful break we’ve ever had, just husband, wife & 2 fur babies. We have stayed in the same lodge for the last 4 years over Christmas & New Year & have always added a few extra days before or after, this time though we didn’t want to go home & extended our stay to 5 weeks. From the decorated tree set up for us to the hamper gift, we have loved every minute, even our yearly ritual in the rain this year sat in the hot tub on Christmas morning with bobble hats on & a bottle fizz to start the celebrations, no doubt we will be back again. Thank you to every member of the team for all that you do to make us feel so welcome

Deep clean needed. Dirty pots and glasses. Having to vacate at 09.00 and not able to check in till 17.00 feels like break has been cut short. Outside lighting not sufficient. Only one toilet roll.

Falls end
Tried several times to access the Falls End menu without success, how can anyone be expected to place an order online without access to it?
Holiday with friends
Arrived Monday 21st March our lodge ready at 2.30 and the one we had asked for no69 which was a bonus.
Was lovely and clean just how we remembered it when we were there in October 2020 celebrating our ruby wedding anniversary.Went to the restaurant on 2 occasions but they were short staffed like every where but Rebecca went out of her way to keep us informed and some things were missing off the menu but it did not stop us from having a good time and the weather was an absolute bonus Thankyou again aysgarth for making it a lovely relaxing holiday we will be back again.

Staycation
We are staying at our friends caravan, the site is beautiful kept and maintained I love the fact it’s dog friendly and there are plenty of dog waste bins dotted around this site.
My only negative as having been an owner on a site in wales, I think what’s missing here is an enclosed dog exercise field.

Happy little break
Just loving are stay , arrived a day early 🤦♀️but amazing manager and Laurence managed to sort us out , beautifully clean everything we need all in one place defo return , very friendly restaurant / bar , amazing for dogs
Unhappy holiday maker
Paid nearly £2k for the lodge for a week and it is filthy!! Not a happy customer!! In these times of COVID you would think they would be on top of the cleaning!! Dirty nappies under bed, false nails behind cupboard, very dust socks again behind cupboard!! Cleaning supervisor very helpful, but doesn’t help my disappointment in what is advertised as a 5 star resort!! Manager will be spoken to tomorrow!! 3 attempts made to get a clean travel cot, and hot tub had a leak so wasn’t filling up!! Let’s hope tmrw is a better day!!

Great app and a great idea. One great addition would be the ability to check in and out of the park for self and guests during “Covid” times via the app.
