How is it that the singular most important piece of information I would care about (My Pickup Calendar) isn’t there. Come on guys
Useful but buggy
Reported to administrators months ago that in order to switch between 2 properties in different LeMay divisions you need to delete and reinstall the app. Very useful if you only use it for your primary residence but those of us who manage many properties find the inability to monitor collection dates quite annoying, especially since it used to work fine in previous versions

Useless app
What a useless app. It doesn’t matter you’re logged in; any changes you may request over the app needs to be followed up on a phone call. So what’s the point of the app?

Calendar out of whack
All I want to know is if it’s recycle week or not and when I view the calendar it’s showing me Veterans Day and after. It’s September 10 today. Why can’t I see this week’s schedule???
Not working for Apple customers
I just spoke with my local LeMay office. They are aware that the app is down, but only for Apple users. They said the company has contacted the developer.
App no longer provide pick up schedule.
I have been using this app for years without any problems at all, but today the calendar is only showing me holidays and will not provide me with what service I’m receiving this week. And for some reason all of the contact information is for Pierce County only, so I have to manually go to the website just to see what services I’m getting each Friday here in Rainier, Thurston County. A minor inconvenience, but pretty lame.

Useful app with stability issues
Good concept and the reminders are great. However, it would really benefit from solid QA before being released.
Broken
This app used to be helpful and is now literally useless. Nothing loads, can’t select anything.
Update: received a response from the developer asking me to email all my information to their email address along with the issue… Or they could, you know, read the review. Useless people. The only reason I’m bothering to update this review is because they’ve proven to be even more disconnected

Worked great for awhile..
Now it opens you to a white page & clicking any of the buttons does nothing. Used to love this app, until this is fixed it won’t be useable. ;c

App works some of the time
Useful app but it often freezes and I don’t always get the reminder notifications.

My son was a diesel mechanic for LeMay many years ago so I can attest to the superlative care their trucks get. Super employees including office workers who deal with all sorts of the public. I thank them all for extraordinary service.

Every time I open the app it’s freezes.

Anything that keeps me from having to talk to the rude person in the Centralia office is something I want. Why do we as consumers have to end a phone call angry when you weren’t when you called….

I love the convenience of knowing when my next pick up is. I have my pick up every other week and I sometimes get confused when the next one is.

I love the access to the app. My pick up and schedule has been the same for over 10 years and they recently changed it. Once I got the app, it notified me through a text. But, I would like to receive notices every time prior to my pick up. Otherwise the app is great for getting information. I highly recommend it. as far as I know, no bugs are fixes have been needed. Thank you much.

Happy Customer
I purchased my home in 1987 and LeMay has always provided the best service to my family. I have never called them with any complaints. I always give the drivers a wave, when I see them!
Notification
I wish my notification would come earlier than 6:20 PM. I go to bed at 7:30 then I have to get up get dressed and take my yard waste or garbage to the road. I would like to have earlier notification or even multiple regardless I am thankful for this notification I’m getting.
