Bad Customer Service
The reason I’ve given this at one star is because I ordered a bike from these people and I only have they had me waiting months without any communication unless I’ve made it. I had to cancel the order because I find out from a rep that they’re pulling out of the UK and they haven’t said anything to me about it shame really because the bike did look good.
