Lemon pharmacy app interface is very poor as compared to nahdi app. They should learn from them.
Flaws in lemon pharmacy app:
1. English language integration is not done properly. I have selected English language but still some details were showing in Arabic language
2. Delivery address registration process is very poor and old. I have selected English language but still city names were showing in Arabic how the hell I would select correct city name. I’m a expat and I can’t read Arabic language. Lemon team should design the app by keeping in mind there expat people they are also their customers not only Arabic people.
Because of this I neither able to register my address nor able to place my online order
Whereas nahdi app you can locate your address in app and save it so easy no need to type anything so nahdi app did work and I had placed my online orders successfully .

وصل طلبي ناقص والمندوب كل يوم يقولي بكره اجيب الباقي ويسحب صار لي يومين الحق وراه وخدمه العملاء محد يرد

كيف تطبيق مافيه خيارات دفع؟!!! أنجبر على تمارا ليه؟! تطبيق مايعطيني خيار وقت التوصيل ولو طلبت مايعطيني أي معلومة عن وقت التوصيل!!!!
