Fix app
Why does it only allow you to order 1 of the same type of poke? What if I want 3 classic ahi tuna? Too bad.

I’m really picky when it comes to my poke. & this place is the best. The poke is already marinated in sauce which makes it wayyyy more flavorful. Lots of different options. amazing FREE topic selection. So many amazing sauces, I get a different one each time. Great service every time. Really nothing bad to say about it:)

It never loads
I can never sign in to check my rewards because the app never loads when I go sign in. Only loads when I press the home button.

Can’t update a credit card
Worked great until I needed to change credit cards and the app won’t let you update payment.

Portion sizes were good. Employees were very helpful and courteous. Bad part…I asked for a 3 scoop bowl, 2 tunas and 1 shrimp. The shrimp was good, but a good portion of my tuna had the silver skin attached to it. Quite disappointing as I couldn’t eat the tuna. Will be a long time before I return. Miss the black rice too.

App works but Redlands location sucked.
Had no mango, my bowl was missing half the items I asked for (even asked for EXTRA eel sauce and there was none??), WAAY too much whatever the lemon shark sauce was. Staff was also rude and snarky. Not going back

No way to add points from receipt when not run through the app when paying
So you try it pay sit down see a sign for rewards because no one mentioned th the program when paying. You ask about it , download the app , the nice cashier gives you a copy of your receipt but it doesn’t download to the app
Won’t open
First I downloaded the wrong app under lemonshark. No indication which one was the correct one. And while that one was wrong and wanted me to order my to go food from a location many states away, at least the app opened, which makes it superior to this one.

I love this app! It makes ordering very simple. I eat at the vista location regularly and it’s a great feature to order food ahead of time so i can skip the line
