Best Rental App

It’s easier than ever to list, book, and manage rentals. Their identity verification process makes me feel as if I am and my items are well protected. I like being able to list my items for rent or for sale.

Useful

What separates this app from the rest of the “personal advertisement” type sites is that is focuses on renting vs buying or selling. For example, if my family does not want to commit to buying a tent (because we only want to use it for a weeknd trip) then I can see if someone near by is renting one. This will be much cheaper and still just as effective. It is more difficult to find items to rent on other sites such as marketplace, or Craigslist. The new “Roadie” feature is a great addition as well.

Recommendations: I am not sure if I just missed it by chance, but any kind of renter/user protection features would be great. There are scams on Facebook marketplace ALL the time and it makes it more of a hassle to use. I would like to know how accounts will be verified to ensure there are no fakes wasting peoples time and taking their money.

Alternative to Facebook Market

Finally an app the provides security and transparency for online lending! This app has unlimited potential in small communities and popular destinations.

I’m excited for this app to take off, the sooner more people become aware, the sooner everyone will benefit.

Broken return

Refused to repair or replace water damaged MacBook Pro, weaseling out of it in back and forth emails. Their “ guarantee” means nothing for the value of your hardware. The app itself is anemic lacking features for support or an ability to review renters or get reviews as a renter. There’s no way to vet the renter with no history shown.

In our efforts to keep our platform free of fraud and abuse, our guarantee states clearly that pictures of the items are required before and after the rental. With electronic items, it's highly advised that you provide additional proof of working condition on the day of rental and the day of return. We've reached out to both you and the renter, and at your request are attempting to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Also, there are review and rating features at the end of the flow, where you can provide your feedback and receive feedback at the close of every rental.

The idea is good but...

The idea of renting items is good I had already thought of this but no one really uses it I’m the only one in Las Vegas that uses is it so I can’t lend my stuff or lend from others.

Sorry to hear there is no activity in your area. We are always working on improving the app and adding new customers to the Lend Me It family.

No activity

Most reviews are all around the same date so they are probably fake. No one is adopting this platform and so no activity on rental items, at least in my area.

The world needs this!

Love this trend! If we all shared more and consumed less then we’d have a much better chance of healing our planet. As this trend becomes more and more popular, humanity can work less to buy the same things our neighbors already have to share. This will give us more time and money to be better spent on travel, healthcare. Etc. In addition to saving and making time and money- it’s just the right direction for our future! Sign me up!

Improvements

So far so good. Some images may not look as great as the original when posting. It would be nice to see how many views our items to lend have so we know how the app is growing in popularity, it would encourage us to post more and we would want to recommend app
