Good Platform, but NPA Tracking Needs Improvement

Why under closed loans in lumpsum, a clear picture is not provided? Overall if we see returns, it does not show how much fees was deducted..If i calculate overall returns, it can even go negative post npa and fees deduction. And you show as if we made a positive return.

The platform is okish, tracking NPA performance is unnecessarily difficult. The app clearly displays the interest earned and principal repaid, but there is no simple, prominent figure showing the total NPA incurred to date.

Users should be able to see a single NPA figure on the main dashboard, similar to how monthly principal and interest received are displayed. This would make it much easier to understand the actual portfolio performance and returns.

A clear and easily accessible NPA summary would significantly improve transparency and the overall user experience.

Very disappointing experience

I invested through Per Annum expecting a smooth and transparent investment experience. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing.

The biggest issue has been poor communication and lack of timely support. Getting clear updates regarding repayments and withdrawal of funds has been difficult, and responses to queries have not been satisfactory.

After going through the complete process, the returns were also much lower than what I expected, with very little actual gain considering the time the money remained invested.

Overall, I don’t feel the platform provided the level of transparency, communication, and service I expected. I would personally be very cautious before investing through Per Annum and would recommend doing proper due diligence first.

My experience: Not satisfactory.

Thank you for the detailed feedback! The NPA amount can currently be viewed in the Closed Loans section of the Portfolio. We understand your suggestion to make this information more prominent on the main dashboard and have shared the feedback with our Product Team for consideration. Team LenDenClub

My opinion

Hello lenDen I’m using your app from last 3 months its a wonderful platform where we get interest for the minimum amount we invest in ,but there is a small problem :- every month whenever i get the repayment from the invested amount for which i get message from whatsapp but I’m not able to clarify from which person I’m getting the repayment and how much is balance it would be great to get that information also , thank you

Fraud

Absolutely one of the worst investment platforms I have ever used. My experience has been a complete disaster. I invested ₹10,000, but a significant portion of my money has turned into NPAs, and some loans show a 100% loss with zero recovery. Instead of earning returns, I ended up losing my hard-earned money.

The platform makes investing look attractive, but when loans default, investors are left to bear the losses. I feel completely let down and regret trusting this app. If you value your money, think twice before investing here. There are far better and more transparent investment options available. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Lenden Club to anyone.
