App does not work
Every time I go to log into the app, my password is NEVER accepted. It keeps saying that username and/or password is incorrect, so I have to spend 10 minutes just to change the password, log in (if it somehow works that is), pay my bill, and then have to repeat this process the very next time I go to log in. When it works, it’s great, but it only works 3% of the time which is very frustrating when trying to stay on top of paying bills regularly! 😔

Loan shark
Stay away from this company. It's a loan shark. The app doesn't work. They charge way too much for a loan and don't show you any information about it except what you owe. Trying to pay off and they've locked me out so I can't.
It works I guess
First I’ll say it gets the job done, I can pay my bill or apply for a loan. But overall pretty poor optimization of this “app” really works more like a website on your phone.Along with that you can’t see any past payments you’ve made and it doesn’t even save payment information. So I mean it works…I guess.

Works half the time
Whenever I try to reset my password the app always says I have the wrong information. Half the time I enter the same Information I used to login and It lets me login and the other 90% of the time It doesn’t log me in.
Worst app. Pointless.
If I could rate a no star I would. The app serves no purpose. Atleast before the update I could see my Balance and pay it. Now you can’t access SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA. What’s the point of the app???? I shouldn’t have to go into Lendmark for documents
My experience with Lendmark Mobil
So far I am satisfied with the services this app has provided me fast and efficient ways to pay my bill. Notifications to alert any changes or logins to my account. My payments are typically prompt sometimes it takes a minute to post to my account but typically very fast.

Confusing on Purpose
The app isn’t great. Very clunky, difficult to add payment methods, and does a poor job of displaying information. The loan information is displayed using incorrect terminology, the only way to actually know your true principal balance is to call.
I’d recommend avoiding any business with this company or any who associates with them.

This apps need to be updated. Can not access any information or any updates on my information. Showing incorrect amounts.
They approved to 12k with bad credit
I wanted to pay off my credit cards and personal loans so that I could make a single payment instead of five different ones. This has helped me a lot.

Tell me why I owe like 1000 extra like I’m already almost done with the loan & out of nowhere very weird. I will never use them again & I advise you NOT TO!!

I went wit the Asheville nc location and they treated me with respect and was easy to talk to and if I didn’t understand anything they would explain it again the way I could understand

They have always been nice and also very helpful to my husband and I. I don’t care for the interest rate but they can’t do anything about that. If they can’t help us at the time they will call and let us know. Always very friendly. They do get busy and have been short on help so maybe they forgot to call the customer that complained back but they are only human and make mistakes. They have always did their best to help us if possible but they do have rules that they have to follow. This review is for the Gadsden Alabama location. We have had no experience with any of the other locations.
I give them a 4 star rating because there’s always room for improvement, not because of anything they have done to make us dissatisfied.

1 star is actually to good for this company !
Customer service is terrible ! They are rude and do not communicate with the customer. I attempted 2 different branches and it just kept getting worse . Your credit score does not factor into the loan decision either . They pick and choose who they loan to . They discriminate against women and will loan to a man with a lower credit score and I’m sure that’s because it’s nothing but women making the loans ! If they decide they are not going to loan you any money they do not even have the decency to contact you - they will just leave you hanging after telling you they are going to see what they can do to help you ! This company is the lowest form of scum !

App won’t let you pay on your loan
App won’t let you save card number due to “error occurred”, and when I do a single use there is always a connection error. Have not been able to make a payment through it yet. App has no purpose at this point.
