Worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure to have laid my eyes on in my many years of living
Beyond fixable app
It honestly amazes me how a big company like lennox has an app this glitchy and at times unusable. If you use the app for more then a couple of minutes it WILL crash causing all your prior work to be lost. The only redeeming quality is maybe the UI, but other then that big changes need to come.

The app is completely garbage it’s always freezes and never checks you out properly.

Enhanced search
Would be nice to have the ability to perform a search by location, name, address, or city, other than the open or completed calls in queue.
Maps
When clicking on an address link on a scid, the app defaults to apple maps but I think the addresses are set up for google maps. Being able to bring up google maps instead of apple would be helpful.
