App not working on Iphone

App doesn’t work so in this case the watch becomes useless

Trash

Absolutely terrible Lenovo have really failed this app the app doesn’t work it’s just a fact every thing I press it says network loss
U can’t even enter a British phone number

Bad Bad Worst Worst

Never Never connected.

It doesn't work anymore.

When changing iPhone, app no longer works, you can't log in, recover password… nothing in the app works.

The app Crushed

As soon as I open the app it’s crushed. Doesn’t open doesn’t work.

Bugs for Alarm

Latest update now makes the already terrible UI for the alarm unusable, can’t set any alarms, you can edit them, but can’t choose the time

Can't even login

It says ”network loss”

Cannot login

Cannot link to phone numbers with area code other than+86??? Cannot login without linking to phone number???

Can not pair, no updates

Can not pair the watch now. Where are the app updates?

Horrible rip off!

Sad. They’ve managed to sell a product that does not work, that is accompanied by an app that doesn’t work with the product and does not include a comprehensive set of instructions.

Returning in full circle from the 1980’s, junk disguised as quality products from China.

Calibration is not working

Very poor performance. I just installed the app and cant calibrate.

Won’t connect

Initially the first few weeks it connected fine . The steps were lower by at least 20% when compared to my iPhone steps. All the sudden it will not connect to my phone. It is not recognized by any Bluetooth. I am thinking of removing battery to see if it helps. As a watch, it’s ok but big for a woman.

Rubbish

Clunky and slow interface, bad design. Step syncing is terrible, on my watch I'll have 5000 steps and on the app it will say 11000. Come on Lenovo do better than this

Nice

It’s amazing

Big disappointment

Since the last update it no longer works. In effect my watch is bricked.

Rubbish

Lenovo have done themselves considerable brand and reputational damage with this app and the watch (the Lenovo 9) it supports by failing to address the major problems that plague this app.

The app regularly fails to connect to the watch (this seems to be a Bluetooth/firmware problem?) and consequentially any smart data from the watch is irretrievably lost. This is a daily occurrence. The watch as a smart watch is therefore useless.

The only way to reconnect the watch is by doing a hard reset of the watch and re-pairing through the app but even this is not guaranteed to work with any consistency.

I would not recommend buying the Lenovo watch or downloading this app. There are plenty of disgruntled Lenovo customers who think exactly the same as can be seen by a quick search of the Lenovo forums.

Lenovo really need to sort this out ASAP. If I am typical of the customers who have bought this watch I will not be buying anything else that Lenovo sell, whether that is a watch, laptop, phone, etc.

Poor watches, and poor app.

Reviewed both the watch 9 and the watch X on YouTube, and it’s a miserable experience. Possibly good hardware but we will never know because this software is rubbish! AND WHY ARE THERE ADS IN THIS APP? come on guys, why are you displaying ads to people when they’ve already paid money to you to buy a watch in the first place?

Apple Health export broken

The app is OK, however it incorrectly dumps your steps to Apple Health completely ruining your data: it can dump all of your steps for last 3 hours and report it was only for a 5 minute interval meaning Apple has no way to see if it is duplicate or not with iPhone data. Also, it forgets to clear the counter, so it will report 1000 steps in the morning, then 5000 at midday, then 10000 steps at 3PM, totalling 16000 steps instead of 10000.

Sending report to developer did not get any interest. Returning the watch.

No weather?

Why bother Lenovo? Weather not available ? You suck. Very poor development.

Not as good as it could be?

For the only app that works with the Lenovo watch, I guess I expect more. The app doesn’t update from the watch at all, it did, but not since it updated to the most recent version. I love the hardware, the software needs to step up and deliver.
