Die App erweckt durch ihren Namen und ihre Gestaltung den Eindruck, die offizielle Microsoft-Lens-App zu sein. Stattdessen wird man direkt mit einem überteuerten Abo konfrontiert. Dieses Geschäftsmodell wirkt irreführend und zielt meiner Meinung nach darauf ab, Nutzer aufgrund der Ähnlichkeit zur bekannten Microsoft-App zum Abschluss eines Abonnements zu bewegen. Schade – Transparenz und Fairness sehen anders aus.

Tried to use the app and even purchased the subscription, but even when I purchased the subscription the app would only show the screen that told me to purchase even did it a second time after I purchased a SECOND subscription. Shame apple doesn't vet these apps for scams.

I was give 3D free trial didn’t get to use it because app bugged out and said I already used my free trial?? I paid for premium 4.99$ just to still not be able to use the app and they are a fake Microsoft app remove this slop I want a refund garbage paste

Scam! They will charge you even if you cancel, dont do the free trial!

Hello! I downloaded the app because I wanted to explore if the app has the feature I was looking for. However, it was not even move forward if i agree to free trial, I accepted the trial as it said i can cancel without a charge. Then I cancelled the trial (2 min later I joined the trial) after I realised the feature was not there, guess what happened! I have charged $7.99 twice, it was around late June, I emailed but no reply til now. One of the transaction has now confirmed and Ive charged $7.99. No response, no customer service, all scam.

Funktioniert nicht

Nach dem Download darf man erst mal ein Abo abschließen. Es handelt sich um ein dreitägiges kostenloses Probeabonnement, danach sechs Euro die Woche beziehungsweise 24 € im Monat. Das Problem ist nur, dass man die App überhaupt nicht zum Laufen bekommt. Absolut unbrauchbar.

Früher war die App echt gut mittlerweile überhaupt nicht würde jeder Zeit mit dem alten Model tauschen und das Abo Modell ist einfach nur frech und ich glaube die Rezensionen sind Fake weil niemals bewerten Menschen das mit 5 Sternen außer sie werden dafür bezahlt

This app is not published by Microsoft. The app icon is misleadingly similar to the Microsoft Lens App (currently discontinued). I think this is a deceitful tactic used by the publisher. Please be aware, stay safe and don’t fall for the scam.
