I love this app so far, probably a 5 but will use a bit longer before giving the 5. I have many items to sell and this is really helping me to determine price.

I have been charged for a year & I cancelled the trial before it billed! These people are crooks! Do NOT trust them!! I have NEVER even used this app!! Evil people!!! Reporting them to the BBB, AG, Governor, Trump Admin and local and national media!!!

I was trying to install Google lens on my phone, but this lens scan of course came up and after my three day trial, they wanna charge me a fee. Well, I deleted the app immediately I didn’t use it for one item to scan such BS.

I am so annoyed. I asked for a three day trial and you charged me 87.79 twice!! 6/17-6/22 87.79!! they keep saying that my money was refunded no it wasn’t. They added a second year subscription.

Not worth it, does NOT work. I’ve tried over and over and over and it keeps giving me an “oops” error. Was charged $85 for a yearly subscription and can’t even use the app! Plus, the monthly subscription is only $.99 a month so totally got scammed. I also reached out to Apple and they refused to refund my money!

Very misleading
Installed this believing it was Google lens, after it was a top result for my Google lens search in the App Store. During setup for first time use, I was confronted with a fee, either monthly or yearly. Only after googling whether or not Google lens was free, which it is, did I realize this isn’t the genuine Google product I was looking for.

Charged before 3 day trial was up
I simply wanted to try the app, and it stated there was a free 3 day trial, so I confirmed, assuming it wouldn’t charge the yearly fee of nearly $80 until those three days were up. It did not, it charged me right away. There is no contact information on the app to try to call and get this reversed. Extremely frustrated and unhappy.
