Goal weight and timeline Set the weight you want to reach and by when. LensCal works out the daily calorie target that gets you there, capped at a safe rate — change the timeline and the target follows. Weight progress Your weight is saved each time you update it, and Statistics now shows the trend with your goal marked on the chart. Nutrition accuracy This release corrects several errors in the food data. If you logged meals with 1.0, some entries were wrong: • Many foods from the USDA database were logged as 0 calories. • Packaged foods whose label lists energy in kilojoules were logged with roughly four times their real calories. • "Weight per unit" always assumed 100 g. It now uses the real portion weight — an apple is 140 g, not 100. • Protein, carb and fat targets did not add up to your calorie target. Now they do. • Updating your weight or height recalculates your targets. Before, they stayed as they were. Also fixed • Each option in setup now describes itself instead of repeating its title.
