Nobody remembers their old prescription after an eye exam. LensTime keeps every exam and shows exactly what changed: "Left: -2.25 to -2.50 (increased by 0.25)". Just the numbers, never advice.

Real life isn't symmetric. One lens tears, the other is fine. Tap "I replaced my lenses" and choose Both, Left only, or Right only. Each eye keeps its own countdown, and only the eye you replaced resets.
