Needs Work

I downloaded this app to help me work through struggles I’ve been having and when it works, it’s great. I get stuck on the loading screen a lot (paying doesn’t help). Today it just says “404 error”. It’s not consistent and I need it to be there when I need it.

App does not load now

First the app “forgot” I paid…so I had to contact support for them to fix, which they did. Now the “Landing…” launch page never loads…so I can’t even get to support. So I keep running into issues where I can’t even use this app….that is paid for. Really liked when it was free…with certain features behind a premium paywall…but now the paid version is much much worse

Can’t do anything without paying.

For mental health app this is very crappy. You can’t do anything without paying so if you thought this is gonna be something that could help you then you’re completely wrong. The only way you can get help is if you pay for it. I feel this reflects on the values of the company. They’d rather make money than help people I saw someone talking about it on lemon8 and it looks like a good app, but the truth is you can’t do any of the things shown unless you pay. Pretty much useless you can use ChatGPT for free and get the same benefits. The only reason people give it good reviews is because they get like money off referring people.

Works well until…

So this app started out great. I was using it every day. Then suddenly it started blocking certain areas and now it blocks everything unless I pay. When I was told about this app it sounded great and no mention of having to pay. It’s really annoying when you get use to something then it gets taken away without warning. That’s not so great for someone’s mental health, just going to throw that out there. I recommend this to someone who has a very fixed income and can’t afford to suddenly start paying for this.

Great concept - needs some work

My partner and I tried this app together to see how we could work on different aspects of ourselves and our relationship but we got stuck on the loading screen a lot & even after purchasing - it errored out. The app is a great start and has the ability to be helpful and fun and engaging - but looks like each feature needs a bit of TLC before released. Open to submitting a feedback request w images if eng or prod team is open to it.

Otherwise good luck.
