As the title says, the new IOS version made this app unusable on my phone. It crashes every time when a label is sent to it to print. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted & redownloaded the app, it just doesn’t work anymore. So now I have a paperweight for a printer…
Terrible app for a terrible thermal printer
This app is absolutely terrible! I guess it’s the perfect accompaniment for the terrible Jiose thermal printer. I hate that you have to send the item to print twice because the first time only ever opens the app and not the label/image you need to print. Recently, the stupid thing won’t even connect! It just has the spinning wheel of death!

Just stopped working
I used this printer for a year now and thought it was great until today 11/1. Circle of death and no support. Tried to reboot no luck. Would not recommend

I used to use this pretty often. Clunky app but pretty sleek hardware. Deleted, re-downloaded, no updates, just won’t boot up. Rip

Could be better
If only they would update the app to have templates. It would be the printer everyone with a cellphone would want. But, there is only a couple available for use. Update the app to better suit people with small businesses using the app.
