MOVE - guided workouts with an audible coach that calls out each phase and keeps going while your phone is locked, interval walking sessions, freestyle logging, and movement suggestions tuned to how long you have been fasting. COACH - an AI coach that adapts to your fasting state, goals, and history. INSIGHTS - streaks, history, and progress over time, plus Apple Health sync so your workouts and activity stay in step with the rest of your health data. Leptin works offline: sessions and logs are captured on the device and sync when you are back online.
