LERA MLS Mobile User Reviews

We pay for this?

Having to sign in every time is time consuming and frustrating for me and my clients wanting quick answers.

Why can’t I submit multiple mls #s like the old Sabor app? Maybe I’m just having a hard time finding it.

Simplify

Please make user -friendly

Horrible!!!

I don't know where to begin. Constantly throwing you out while using, they removed the app feature where we can brand and share with clients.

Too cluttered and not user-friendly for agents on the go

As a real estate professional, I need an app that is fast, intuitive, and practical. Unfortunately, the LERA MLS app feels the exact opposite.
The biggest issue is the interface: it is not simple to use. Instead of a streamlined mobile experience, the screen is overwhelmed with too many buttons and menus. This makes it very difficult to navigate efficiently from a smartphone while out in the field.
It feels like they tried to fit a desktop website into a small screen without considering practicality. Finding basic information or managing listings requires too many clicks, and the cluttered layout is distracting.
The UI is frustrating, overcrowded, and lacks the simplicity needed for modern mobile work.
I hope the developers consider a cleaner, more simplified design in future updates.

Forced App by SABOR terrible

Forced on agents in San Antonio to replaced MLS Touch which worked great was easy to use by agents and clients. They don’t asked agents for this replacement it was forced onto us. It’s terrible

Bring back mls touch for agents and clients

This app logs you out, doesn’t have easy access to information. And is lacking in ease of use. We HAVE to use it. Since they took away our mls touch access. Clients and agent are frustrated and left going to 3rd party sites to search for homes.

Inconvenient when on the go

Liked the MLS touch wayyyy better.

90’s style mls app

The windows 98 of real estate apps. Poor execution on the app and interface. It’s almost exactly like using a the website mls yet crashes. An app should feel specific to the phone and cater to handheld use not desktop mouse and key. They also haven’t made it clear whether clients can use the mls mobile app.

App is terrible for consumers

A local MLS is the best place to find up to date real estate info. I used to be able to search my local MLS at my leisure, but now I have to have a login provided to me by a Realtor (not a problem, but slow and inconvenient). My Realtor gave me my username, but the Lera app says that username is invalid. So instead of using the MLS to search properties (which is where ALL property listings go and where Zillow & Realtor.com get their listing info), I have to use a third-party site or app to search the information I should have access to. Bad form; not good for the consumer.

Superb to Subpar

This app is replacing MLS touch which was so easy to use and share with this HORRIBLY designed app that feels like a webpage created in the 80’s. Absolutely no idea how or why anyone would even want to use this app! If I could rate it with negative stars; I would.

Great Tool for Agents, but Needs More Features

The app is a solid resource for agents needing quick access to listings, client information, and MLS data on the go. The interface is clean, and the integration with the connectMLS platform makes managing listings and searches seamless. The real-time updates ensure that agents are always working with the most accurate property details, which is crucial in today’s fast-moving market.

However, adding more agent-focused features would make the app even more valuable. Tools like push notifications for client activity, an improved in-app messaging system, and better search filtering options would enhance workflow efficiency. Additionally, incorporating mortgage calculators, market analytics, or even a consumer-facing portal could provide a more comprehensive experience.

Overall, it’s a great tool for professionals, but with a few feature upgrades, it could be even better. Looking forward to future updates!
