I couldn’t like it more. Not only the service is top, you get to enjoy it at home! And having a pedicure while in your sofa, raining outside and not having to walk down the street with flip flops makes a massive difference. 😍😍😍

Great manicure and a pedicure
Are use voice-over as I’m visually impaired and it works very well with the app. So pleased with the app and the service I have received. Will definitely use again.
Avoid
I used this app as I wanted a manicure to fit with my extra busy schedule this week. I now regret it. I spent £43 for a Shellac and gel removal:
- took 90 minutes instead of the 60 minutes expected
- had to file my nails after the Therapist left because they were actually scratching
- result is quite poor, have base coat on cuticules...
I got in touch with Customer Service to tell them, they asked my for photos and then no answer. I got in touch again:
- therapist said I had hard gel to explain why it took so long, this is a LIE,
- they offered me a £10 voucher to try again the service while I said I was extremely disappointed and never wanted to use again.
This is a disappointed experience all the way to the Customer Service. Appealing.

Awful manicure
I got a gel manicure and it chipped and peeled off in 2 days. Worst manicure ever. They offered me £10 credit - doesn’t really cut it!

Great idea in theory, but after trying to place a booking on 3 independent occasions and never getting a confirmation I will have to give up on this app. It’s simply doesn’t deliver on their idea as it messes up my plans every time.

I love this app! I usually hate booking manicures because it involves me spending time calling and the whole thing is hassle. BUT NOW I have LeSalon app! It’s a game changer. So so easy to book my monthly mani pedi at home. The app is seamless and intuitive and keeps track of my past and previous bookings, which I love. My favourite therapist is Vasia she is seriously so amazing!
