App crashing on submitting complaint from last 2 months

This is a useful app to be developed. Challenge is that it usually crashes and does not work correctly. Lesco should support the development of the app and monitor its performance

The design is too much outdated and old
The functionality is also very old and some times not working at all e.g is register complaint why there is a check for 12 digit phone number while the mobile

App doesn’t work - bad corrupted
Downloaded and badly designed . Keeps shutting down . Owners of teen travel overseas and should be usable for people paying bills out of the country . Not third world technology .
Cheap service
This app is rubbish. Fu**king gov ppl wasted pakistani taxpayer money at this type of cheap services

Worst app I’ve ever experienced. My 4 year old can develop a better app than this.
Poor experience
App keeps crashing. I can't save my username password. Bill doesn't load when entering the reference number. Therefore I can't make any payment.
