This application is a complete waste of time and phone storage. It cannot even perform the basic function of checking the bill. Just like the corrupt and incompetent WAPDA staff, this app is useless and a total failure. Nothing more than a name, with zero benefit.

As expected from Government App, This useless App stuck on sign up. Can’t proceed further
OTP is invalid
Despite several attempts App is not working for received OTP, seems a bug

Account creation issue
Unable to create a account, showing invalid pin while creating a account. It’s impossible to create any account as app is not accepting any token sent to email or mobile.

One of the worst app in Pakistan. The didn’t accept his otp wao… many times otp will generate but not even a single will be accepted. Disgusting

Full of bugs. Not receiving OTP and can’t proceed with registration
