What's New in Less

2.0

October 6, 2018

This latest version of Less includes two all-new measures that calculate the environmental impact of the food you eat: check out how much water, greenhouse gas emissions, and Amazon rainforest area you’ve personally saved by moving towards a plant-based diet, and gauge how sustainable your meat consumption is with our shiny new “Sustainability Score”! We’re hoping this will help give you extra motivation to keep up the great work on eating less meat!

Good idea, with a few missing features

It‘s a good app, but unfortunatly you can‘t specify the amount of meat you‘ve eaten. There is a difference between a few gramms of bacon (30g) and a double cheese burger (200g+). I know the app wants to keep it simple, but a optional feature would improve the app greatly.
My second suggestion is to implement a comment feature so you can keep track over „special occasions“ (like being a guest, birthday, etc) where you allow yourself to „cheat“

Great and Simple!

Only one thing:
Would be even much greater to add milk and dairy products.
They too have a huge impact on the Environment and - though some people might debate that - to health issues.

Pretty good, but for some reason it lacks the ability to track days when you were a vegetarian

You only track days when you’ve eaten meat or fish, soo guess you done input anything on vegetarian days.

As I type this it sounds impossible, but I don’t think I’m wrong.

This lack of flexibility means that on days that I have eaten as a vegetarian, I don’t have the satisfaction of tracking it. Also, if I eat as a vegetarian for several days in a row I don’t use the app, so I fall out of the habit of tracking my diet

What happened?!

This was such a useful app for keeping my meat consumption down, but now it just crashes when opened 😞

vegan option?

I love the idea of the app, but i'd like the option to use different emojis or choose our own, because I'm personally already a vegetarian on the verge of veganism. Thanks!
