I was looking for a way to vent my anxiety and any destructive thoughts and VISUALIZE them going away, and this app is PERFECT! If you really want to LET IT GO, this is the app to help. I really love the actual visual of the thought being carried away. For me, this is much more effective and satisfying than posting something somewhere online, where it lasts forever. Although you can "share" for those inclined. I ❤ this app. Thank you!

Love this app. Being the optimist that I am, decided to also use it for positive things. I send out affirmations, intentions, things I'm grateful for etc. The backgrounds and music are beautiful and well done. Adding this to my collection of "happy apps" on my phone. 😊

Good idea not worth paying for
This app is based on a good idea however it's missing something. Basically all you do is type a thought or something you want to let go of and then swipe the ballon and watch it fly away. It would be more effective if it had relaxing meditative music in the background or something more to it. I suggest typing in $.99 and watching your money float away.

Very beneficial
I have really enjoyed using this app. I have used it when upset and really tried to let things go. I have also played around with the backgrounds just because I find them relaxing. Overall, it has been a useful tool in helping me to remember during challenging times that I want to let things go. The app seems to be triggering a quicker response in my forgiveness as I make a habit of it. On a lighter note, I let a three year old play with this app and she was captivated for an hour. She quickly learned to change the backgrounds and would type out a “message” every time. Very cute to watch.
