I don't know whether the work server or app is to blame but this is the least reliable service I have ever come across.... emails are down more than they are up. There is poor syncing ability with calendars etc... and the sign in to open attachments is borderline ridiculous.

Doesn't Load on iPad with iOS 7
I installed the Letmobile app on my iPad, but I never get the email required to register, and that's the only way to activate the account. Letmobile is not useable.
Makes corporate mail web mail
Better hope your company doesn't require this. Everything you do on exchange you have to log in every few minutes. Each mail has to contact the server every time. It's effectively web mail. No difference than web mail.
