Fun but needs new life
This is a fun game but geez they need new words. Haven’t updated words in years. Also some times a word will work such as ERE and other times it doesn’t. They need to fix that
Love the game but not some of the players
I love word games this one is similar to word jumble. However, I have been shut out from playing because I would not let certain players spot me two games then we would play to a tie from then on. I guess they think the game is to easy and to feed their ego they decide to play that way. Even though I always end up beating them. You know who you are and I am sure you will recognize my sign in name.

Loved it…..then it stopped working a couple months ago :(
I loved this game, but then it stopped working a few months ago. I’ve tried deleting it and downloading it again, but no luck.
Game not running
It's been almost 2 weeks since my game "connect to the internet", but everything else is working fine at home, work, etc. What gives?
Love game but…
I love this game. I only gave 3 stars because I have tried to contact developers but they have not answered. The app won’t load and I keep getting a message that I am not connected to the internet. I have deleted and reinstalled numerous times.
No Customer Support
Did Fanatee fold up shop or something? The Word Race app, which had worked just fine for years, now isn’t able to connect to the internet on my relatively new IPad seventh generation while everything else on my IPad works just fine. I tried reinstalling the app about 50 times but keep getting the “not able to connect to the internet” message. I contacted customer support over a week ago about the issue and got no response. I see someone else with the same issue contacted Fanatee and got no response. I guess they don’t care about their customers. I’ll go and support companies that do.

Hello?????
I’ve played Word Race daily for several years and play with a number of long-time regular users. A few days ago my app stopped working; error message says “unable to connect to the Internet.” Everything else in my house connects to the Internet. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it. I’ve rebooted the phone. I let the power run down then tried to app as the phone was charging, as your FAQ recommends. I have the latest version of Word Race; my iPhone is updated. I’ve contacted Customer Service x 2, and emailed x 3. NO RESPONSE. This post is a last resort to ask for help. I miss my game.

It’s okay....but
A LOT of non-words (like that one). Derivatives and slang are rife here. Be prepared to be upset
Will we ever get new words?
I actually love this game and think it is an amazing little app. The problem is, since I downloaded this game years ago it has never once had an update with new words. That means when you are in competition with another player, they most likely are winning because they have played the word so many times they have all the combination words memorized. I am begging, please please please add an update with more words. The game is perfect with that one exception. I usually play the game for a month and then take a few months off because it’s not fun having everything memorized. Please update the words. Please please! You are forcing us to watch ads between rounds, the least you can do for earning that revenue is update the game.

Hate the graphics.
I don’t know which developer thought the rolling dice graphic was just super cool. It’s not. It lags the time and is annoying. The letters don’t need to move up to the spaces in this weird pseudo 3D dice shape. It literally is a visual turn off. Plus all the green.

FIX THIS ISSUE
Love the game. But unless I won I can’t start another game. Very irritating. Cannot play with my friends even after reconnecting to Facebook!!! This is a JOKE
Ok but......
It’s fun but has bugs that need addressing. I haven’t been able to start any games with Facebook friends for two weeks now. The app keeps refusing to load my FB friends. I have reported it but no fix yet.
Disappointed
45 minutes to regain a life!?!?! Do they not want people to actually play the game?????
Update!
1) It takes way to long to regain your lives back. 2) The boards are way too long now considering your limited dictionary. so much of your time is wasted typing in words that ARE actual words...just not in your dictionary for your games to have 3, 4, 5, 6 letter words and almost twenty or more words to find when you only have a minute and a half and your competition has the board memorized because of limited variations.

Beware of inappropriate ads
My young son downloaded this game on my phone for innocent fun. A few months in, the game started showing images of suggestive women asking “Are you lonely?” I contacted Fanatee and they told me they were sorry, but couldn’t control the content of the ads. We chose to delete this game and haven’t missed it!

This game is so bad
Fun to play but mechanics need work
I really enjoy this game but I wish it was structured more like their other game Stop where you’re leveled and paired up with people at your level. I, also, wish there was more word variety. It’s frustrating to be outmatched or matched with someone who has all the answers memorized.

Only thing I have to complain about it the speech bubble that pops up if you repeat a word or enter a wrong word.
It’s up WAY too long. It’s hard to see what words you have when that stupid cartoon is in the way. Get rid of it please!

Enjoy
It's a good game, easy to master. The dictionary is weird, it has words in there that are seriously not words (e.g almon). And it doesn't accept words that are obviously words e.g ailed. It's needs in game chat or some kind of leaderboard. FIX THE DICTIONARY!
