Crashes and not easy for volunteers to navigate
I’ve had a pretty frustrating experience with this app. It’s not very intuitive and can be difficult to navigate, especially when you’re trying to move quickly. On top of that, it crashes pretty frequently.
That’s a big issue for something like race day check-ins where you need the app to work reliably and quickly while checking in runners. When the app freezes or closes, it just slows everything down and creates unnecessary stress.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend relying on this for events where you need a stable, easy-to-use check-in app.
