Scam do not download
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely do not purchase anything through this app it’s awful and extremely difficult to deal with. The refunds team is terrible. If you purchase a refund of your registration don’t expect to get it. Scam.
Terrible
This app nags you to connect with 3 friends, and that’s only so they can access your contacts. You can’t use the calendar unless you follow 3 friends, you can’t see who else is going to an event unless you follow 3 friends… you get the picture. Absolute garbage. You’re not getting my contacts.
Totally broken
The app throws an error anytime I try to log in
Impossible to sign up for races
Tried 4 times to sign up for races, and if you at all scroll down too far, it empties your cart losing all information you’ve entered.
Bad
You just get caught up in an endless loop of verification emails then the app doesn’t open so you go to their website…then the verification loop starts again
Unusable
Just wants to collect all your contact data and entering an event on the app is practically impossible. Can’t read the text because it overflows the box and if you scroll up/down it’ll refresh the page and send you back to the beginning to start all over again. Gave up eventually. Will try the website later and see if that’s any better.

Not enough races
Barely any races on it. Handy for the Great Runs around the uk but that’s about it. There are hundreds of races every year. This app has about 10

Could it be worse?!
This is the first app I’ve ever reviewed. I’m not entirely sure why RAGNAR decided to switch but from the start this has been the most difficult process to register, add participants and now manage the team for our event. I have to allow access to my address book to even see the people on my team not pixelated in the background. Selling my data I suppose but good lord enough. Please DO NOT USE THIS APP AGAIN OR IT WILL BE MY LAST RAGNAR

Improvements needed on good potential
It’s had to do the key value proposition which is to find events you want to do in the future. You do this by looking forward at calendars of when you’re free. You expect to see when events are available based on filtering and search criteria.
That is all. Do this and I am sure the community will provide the next piece of beyond obvious advice.
Ps. The friend building function. Too soon. Naff off. Won’t work. I’m willing to bet literally noone uses it. It’s obvious. You don’t get your cake and eat it. Wait and build a community and value prop first.

Poor
Such a shame as the app has so much potential. Great for finding races, awful for booking them. Repeat information, clicking next and information disappearing. I’ve given up
Dumb app. Worthless
This is probably one of dumbest apps available. It’s unfortunate when seeking info on a race/run, you are immediately directed to Lets Do This disaster that has no info. Therefore, you’ll waste valuable time researching when, where, etc regarding your run.
Needs massive upgrade.
Poor app. Seems the only route to try and find information regarding many events, but is sorely lacking. Frequent freezes, links not working, searches not returning events that exist within the app. Just an endless stream of problems.

Worst app ever
Ragnar, what have you done? This app is literally useless. I cannot figure out how to sign up for a leg. I can’t fina any information on anyone’s running leg. There are links of team members that I’m following but you can’t do anything with that. I can’t follow other team members from the same screen. Where do we enter our running times, where are the running calculations? Where is anything useful in the stupid app!?

Improvements
It’s okay, but not having adequate geo features and identifies does hold this back substantially. I should be able to look up all races in a given metropolitan area (the Bay Area, or within 50 miles of Denver or wherever). Geography is the most important component to me when picking races. I’m not flying my bicycle out to New York to compete in anything they have going on when I live on the west coast.

Useless
‘Follow 3 friends’ to unlock a number of features, but following 3 friends does absolutely nothing.
Horrible experience
Ragnar must have sold out to private equity to join this s-show of an app. What a joke. It’s slow and difficult to navigate.
If this is a taste of what is to come, I can’t wait to see how they are going to $hi++ify the event.

Slow. Buggy app. Hard to install and kept insisting on too many permissions.
