LetsMake - Remote Quality Control System for Fresh Concrete was independently developed by the Research Institute of LETS Technology, relying on the group's own mixing stations as well as upstream and downstream resources. Through the remote flexible intelligent allocation process, it conducts closed-loop quality monitoring on the processes of concrete mixing, transportation and unloading in real time, realizes the intelligent manufacturing of fresh concrete, helps clients build new-quality productivity and gain a leading edge in market competition.
During the transportation of concrete, technicians can remotely monitor the working condition of the concrete inside the concrete mixer truck in real time. Before the concrete is delivered, they can confirm the state of the fresh concrete mixture and, when necessary, add various functional admixtures to ensure that the performance of the concrete precisely meets the delivery requirements. Meanwhile, when the vehicle is unloading, the system will automatically collect the images of the unloading process, monitor the unloading state of the concrete in real time and keep records of the unloading process.
