About

LFG makes fitness easier to stick with by turning workouts into friendly challenges with friends. Create a challenge, invite your people, log a workout, and see your effort move the leaderboard. You do not need a perfect plan or a hardcore routine to start. LFG is built for small wins, group accountability, and the extra nudge that comes from knowing your friends are in it too. What you can do with LFG: - Create fitness challenges for your friends, family, team, or workplace - Choose free-for-all challenges or team challenges - Log workouts manually, including cardio, strength, HIIT, sports, walks, and more - Connect supported wearables and Apple Health where available - Earn points from workout minutes, calories, completed workouts, and authorized fitness metrics - Track challenge leaderboards, team rankings, streaks, and recent activity - Invite friends, accept challenge invitations, and choose a team when needed - Get notifications for challenge activity, invites, progress, and reminders - View workout history and see your fitness score grow over time LFG works well for people who want fitness to feel more social and less all-or-nothing. Start with one challenge, one group of friends, and one workout. The points, rankings, and reminders help keep the momentum visible. Your data stays in your control. Wearable and health data is only used when you choose to connect supported sources and authorize access. Challenge members can see the progress and activity needed for the challenge, so everyone can compete fairly. Whether you are getting back into a routine, trying to stay consistent, or just want a more fun reason to move, LFG helps you turn effort into points and friends into accountability.
