Offered through APPADVICE and submitted a request for my grandson and it says I have a letter in my inbox but won’t let me access it I keep selecting the 10 letters free and going through the SAME process for the personalized letter and it’s the same thing every time. I was looking forward to this letter for my grandson and it won’t do as promised. Really disappointed

Promised through Appadvice but when selected can’t purchase. Not a good first impression.

Email wasn’t recieved, what do you do with the addresses and our children’s favourite things?!
