Crashes and super buggy
I used to love this app. I also upgraded to the paid version this year but come to realize that it hasn’t been updated in 6 years and I cannot access what I have paid for. App keeps crashing. When spelling auto correcting, extra letters are added. Letters keep getting capitalized when I don’t need it to be. Like I said I used to love this app. I used it all the time to make social posts on our businesses. I should’ve researched before upgrading to the paid version.

Glitching constantly
If I add text it glitches and I have to close it. It takes 14-16 try’s to complete one task. Just started doing this, it’s awful, no where within the app. to report issues or glitches, nothing! Total pain!
Still updated?
When adding text to my photos the text randomly capitalizes itself. Is there a fix for that? It’s super annoying. I absolutely love this app and use it all the time. I’m hoping there’s a fix for it. Years ago I bought the additional fonts. I use this faster to make something to post on my business page than Canva even. Just love…but need the randomized capital letters to go away. LOL!

So Good… But, Something Broke Lettering?
One of my earliest (and, favorite) apps for layers and editing on the go. But, something in iOS16 has broken the lettering so you cannot add overlays. Are you out there? 5y since an update, and I would love to use this again… :)

There's a weird problem
Overall, its really great and I use it all the time. The only issue is that when you type out words, the first 2 letters are ALWAYS capitalized. I would kind of understand if it was the first letter of every word, the the first 2? Thats weird and makes it difficult to speed through a project. Especially because I always forget, because its so weird.

Glitchy
I useed the app for years. Loved it! Photos no longer load, app is glitchy and doesn’t seem to work anymore. Did everything I’m supposed to do to remedy the problem and still. Disappointed
STEER CLEAR "Unsupported App!"
Seller/Developer does not update or support this app —ZERO rating for zero effort, no next generation to migrate to —no subscription version to buy into. Nothing. So SAD.
DO NOT PURCHASE THE BUNDLE
I liked this app until I purchased the extra textures, fonts, etc. if I try to use what I purchased, I can’t. The app just sits there thinking. I tried to help support the app by purchasing but I can’t even use the items. I restarted the app, my phone, etc to no avail. Also, apple will not refund the purchase of the bundle, they keep telling me it’s ineligible to be refunded, so don’t do it, you’ll be out of money.

Worth a Try
I have enjoyed Letterglow, but the weird capitalization issue is so irritating that I can’t give them five stars. It works best on phone sized projects, but at least when I bought it and added some fonts to it, the price was not bad. It would be nice to be able to layer in my own handwriting (I do calligraphy) but I haven’t figured out how. Anyway, it’s worth a try, see how you like it.

Fix the font/capitalization issue
It’s a good app overall, but it started randomly capitalizing letters. I HAve To retype EVerything OR It LOoks LIke THis.
Lost money
Not very happy, paid to unlock all features, then paid features will not load. So uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing.
Don’t Upgrade!
Artwork never downloaded. Caps keeps popping on. Company never replied to my messages. Downloaded app and reinstalled twice. Still no joy. Too bad, I like the app. I can deal with a lot except no customer support.

I’ve just purchased the extra fonts and it haven’t been updated.
Purchased content not loading
I purchased the font and graphics pack but when I go to use them it just spins and never loads the paid content. I’ve tried the “restore purchase” however that didn’t solve the issue. This needs to be fixed along with the capitalization issue that’s been mentioned multiple times. If these items are addressed I’ll revisit my review. Thank you

Font case is all jumbled!!
While using my LetterGlow app, when I try to type text on a design, it jumbles up the capital and lower case font. Is there a fix for this?

Awesome app
I love using this app. Whether I’m Personalizing Birthday and anniversary greetings , making inspiring quotes, announcing change of address, making screen savers or encouraging notes for myself or friends this app is FUN to use. The font selection is superb, it’s so easy to navigate the site and bring photos over from my albums .....it is well worth the $.99 a month!!!!!

Please update your app!! Adding text is becoming frustrating as every second letter is capitalized!! Otherwise this app is amazing!
