Letters are too small

The letters that I drag to the middle is too small to read. I would prefer that the letters chosen and dragged to be enlarged.

Stay away

Spending 99p of my Childs inheritance, I wanted to invest in his education by buying this app.

What a disappointment, all these apps are really bad.
No sound, no imagination and to select the letters you needs needle like fingers and the fine motor skills of an ant to make it work.

If only someone could recreate the books into an app that inspired learning.

This app is poor

No sound

Bought it for my little girl. Previous review stated no sound, but figured as it was 5 years ago, this would now be fixed. Still no sound. Donโ€™t waste your money or time.

Not sound

I want my money back , I got 3 apps for Letterland but they donโ€™t work .

No sound.

I got this app to help supplement my child's curriculum. What appealed to me was we could explore making words along with the spelling lists. We can do that but there is NO SOUND. My issue is don't say it can make sound when it CANNOT. False advertising. I even deleted and reinstalled.

Awesome

This is a great multi purpose app. I use it to teach spelling, segmenting words and phonemes. I was a little confused at first, because I thought the app word say the words once it's put together but what you hear are the individual phonemes that make up the words. Ex: night when spelled n-igh-t, gives the 3 sounds in the word. Great for words that have a long vowel and a silent e ex: l-i-k-e use mr.i and magic E and u have the word sound out. Perfect for my prince.

Does not create "words"

This app allows you to push letter sounds around but does not speak the words spelled.

Average

Would like it to say the word that was made

Letterland Word Builder

I can't get any sound in this app.

Is this a bug or a problem with my settings?

Michaela

There are no sounds on this app when trying to press on each letter!!

Disappointing

As a user of the Letterland CD rom game and a teacher who uses the Letterland program this app could not be more disappointing. It is as if the developer did not consult anyone as to what function the app should have. Children should be able to use apps fairly independently. When working with the letters there is no way for the user to check if they are actually making words. It would be great if the letters could be colour coded and if the letters could combine together to make a word. Also, there should be different levels of difficulties so that the students can progress at the same pace as the classroom program does. While I understand that this was a first attempt at an app, it is no where near the quality of the other Letterland products. We hope improvements will be made in future updates.
