This is by far the most informative rental app that I've used. My connections in a particular area show up along with their feedback of the neighborhood. This feature has really come handy while selecting my apartment.

Was easy to setup and post a listing. Have got lots of responses so far which was otherwise pretty dull from Zillow.
Filters won’t work
No matter what filters I apply they don’t work, I’m looking for 3+ bedrooms and it keeps showing me 1 bedroom apartments
Great way to find a place!
Lettey makes it so easy to explore rentals and sublets in all different neighborhoods around NYC! I love how people who live in neighborhoods rate their experience and you can really get a taste for the area. Definitely would recommend!

Lettey helped me find a place to sublet for my internship this summer in NYC. Reasonably priced for being a college student. Also, I was able to filter through listings depending on square footage & whether the unit was pet friendly (I’m allergic to dogs). TY Lettey!

Game changer!
Lettey is the best rental app. Period. I can see where my friends live and how they rate their neighborhoods. I can also see if I know brokers through my social network. Lettey takes the friction out of the rental experience with in app features, such as credit reports and insurance. Can’t wait to pay my rent through lettey and anything else they think of! Keeps my rental life easy.
