Not worth it
They returned an expensive dress to me worse than what it looked like before. Ink stains all over the dress and the threading was coming out. I have been yelled at by their employee on the phone and the manager is just as unprofessional. I was told “If you think you can do a better job, then you need to clean your dress.” I specifically told the manager to stop emailing me, and he keeps sending me emails with rude comments. Poor customer service and poor product!
