Help with logging in!
I cannot log into my account by app or the web site. Are you having technical difficulties today? It keeps requiring a password reset, so I receive a link at my email address, only to be told the link has expired. I deleted cookies and tried both my phone and computer.
App won't let me submit new level
I like the app, but after my initial levels were put in, I am no longer able to update my levels. I'm using the app signed in with Apple Sign On. But when I go to update my level, the app will not let me submit, I click the submit button and nothing happens.
Any help would be much appreciated
BTW, I've already tried logging out and back in and also uninstalling the app and reinstalling
Thanks

Check with your gym owner to make sure your account is not deactivated in Level Method. We are releasing an update that notifies you if you've been deactivated by your gym owner.
Where’s the chart
Why wouldn’t you have the entire chart available on the app?

As of today, the level requirements are shown when you go to post a level. Hopefully, this makes your experience better!
Needs to include the chart that is only accessible at my gym
So this app is pretty useless without the chart that accompanies it. A score or weight of X, gives you a corresponding level. Not sure why the team hasn’t made the chart visible in the app.
If you don’t remember what your score on a specific test was, it’s impossible to score it. To make this even more useless, the “tests” don’t even include the name of the workout used to measure. For example, “aerobic power intervals” is measured by the Crossfit workout “fight gone bad”. Instead of including a linkage to the actual workout, the designer expects you to remember what they were testing. They probably have some good plans to identify weaknesses, but the app developers act like they invented scaling for Crossfit workouts. I wouldn’t bother. If you’re looking to find your weaknesses, I’d use another, more user friendly app.

Pathetic App
Does not let you submit

Worthless and waist of time

Thanks for the honest feedback. It turns out the app itself was not to blame for the recent issues. The backend server had an issue that caused every problem you listed. With one logout/login, you will no longer have any issues. Also, I think you meant "waste"
