Stuck and cannot navigate
I’m stuck on the account page, which means I cannot watch anything. Their FAQs are more related to payment than to how to actually use the app. Very disappointed as I’ve just started this service.
Exactly what I was looking for!
As a cord cutter, with inflation everywhere, I’ve been looking for a cheap alternative for news nation. This app is a lifesaver! It’s saving me over $60 a month since I don’t have to subscribe to Sling or Xfinity.
"Catch up" can take over 3 hours to work
Great idea to have an all news website. The "catch up" feature allows you to watch shows up to 72 hours old, supposedly 30-60 minutes after it airs live. The reality is that I've waited over 3.5 hours for a show to be able to view on catch up and this has happened most of the time of my almost month with this service.
You can have an excellent product Level News, fix the issue and I'll change my ratings.

Great App for getting Cable News Channels!
THANKS for this app for getting cable news channels particularly NEWS NATION. Yes you can get a bunch of the news channels for free elsewhere -- and of course NO cnn msnbc -- but I wanted the middle-of-the-road NEWSNATION channel (not to be confused with conservative newsmax channel). My wanting NEWSNATION led me to this app. Level News app subscription is affordable -- and cheaper than a full blown cable tv subscription. Installed this app on my iPhone, android phone, google tv, rokutv, firetv. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Love it.
It has Bloomberg and News Nation. It’s worth it for that. If they can add an Apple TV app it will be perfect for me. I would not mind a weather channel too, if it didn’t raise the price.
