Terrible
I use to use this app and just renewed it and the app won’t even let me in! It says to add email and password but there is no spot for a password. When I click forgot password, the link won’t work! Never again will I use this app.
Convenient but questionable.
Level up is so far the best non-copyright music program I’ve come across for my martial arts classes for kids. It has many hours of pre-mixed playlists and some of the song selections are very fun.
My only real complaint is the “Clean” part. Although all technical swear words are edited out, some of the contextual lyrics can be really inappropriate.
For example: The song “Beautiful Girls” by Sean Kingston still says “Suicidal” multiple times throughout the whole chorus.
Or one of the Halloween playlists plays an audio clip from the movie “The Purge” where the announcer states “All crime including MURDER will be legal” and these are just a few examples.
While these technically are not swear words, I get uncomfortable when my kids hear this.
Even for swear words which are edited out, many of my kids can determine which words are being used based on context.
But other than this, it is a GREAT music software. I would give it the fifth star if it could just change this one issue.

Not what advertised
The app was great when it started, we where told that they where going to add more song. The music that was added in doesn’t have bad words in them, but they are not songs that are appropriate for young kids.
The app crashes and cuts out randomly to where it is in not usable.
There are adds in there play list. I get the adds if it was a free app, but when you pay for an app you should not have adds on the play lists.
I have tried to contact customer service and there is never a response.

Love the app, but need support
Hi! We love this app so much, but more importantly, our clients LOVE it.

A+ Music, D- App 😞
The music selection and mixes are fantastic! Ever since downloading iOS 13 all the app does is crash the second I select it. WILL NOT work on iOS 13 for me OR my other instructors. Tried on several phones.

Incompatible with iOS 13.1
I’ve enjoyed using this app with its variety of themes. However, since I updated to iOS 13.1 the app crashes after an hour and crashes when it relaunches thereafter. Looking forward to a quick fix of this bug!

Level Up is the best streaming service! Tons of genres to choose from, high energy, CLEAN edited non stop mixes. I highly recommend using this service. Plus the team behind Level Up is great!
Variety without Worry
I LOVE the Level Up Music app! Being able to play a variety of music without worrying about foul language in the mix gives me peace of mind. The mixes are great and finding a playlist to fit my class energy/mood/theme is always super easy. No more boredom from the same old songs. Level Up Music always has fresh mixes to choose from!

NOTHING BETTER OUT THERE
What can we say, other than its AWESOME. The music mixes are out of this world and have something for everyone. For me personally I have a solid mix of Rock and Geek Level Awesomeness but as a school owner I love the different remixes we can use for different classes and age levels too.
