No compensation for iPhone 14 promos camera sticking out

Thank you for your feedback. It is evident that an evolution is necessary in LevelAssist to account for the thickness of the iPhone 14 lens. However, we are hesitant to develop it due to the exasperating compliance requirements imposed either by regulations (GDPR - personal data protection) or by APPLE (restrictions on activity tracking for personalized advertising, which results in lower revenue), which have become financially impossible for our small organization to bear. Please understand that we are sincerely sorry about this. LevelAssist team.

We are sorry for this inconvenience but the problem is coming from Apple (due to the iOS 12.5.3 / 12.5.4 update). We hope that a new update from Apple will be deployed as soon as possible to fix this issue. For your information, devices running iOS 14 work fine. LevelAssist team.

Après investigation, il semblerait que le problème vienne d'Apple via la diffusion d'iOS 12.5.3 (notre app fonctionne parfaitement sur les iOS ultérieurs). Il ne nous est pas possible d'investiguer plus en profondeur car nous ne disposons plus d'iPhone 6/6+ pour reproduire votre problème. Nous en sommes désolés. LevelAssist team.
