Completely Useless

Unbelievably useless APP
You cannot even sign in …. Screen goes black that’s it.
Says allot about these blinds, the people and the company selling such nonsense.
Avoid this APP and the blinds like the plague.
Garbage In……. Garbage Out!!!!!!

Nearly useless

If and when you can actually get everything to connect and the app even shows you that you have a shade, and you can even get that shade to respond to the app, then the “automation” part allows for one up time setting and one down setting per day. No options for sunrise/sunset, or multiple up/down in a day. This is all on top of even being able to get the actual shades from this company is a chore. The use janky carriers to ship the blinds, get most orders wrong, and the main customer service guy Dan refuses to talk on the phone with customers. There’s an old adage that you get what you pay for, and there’s a reason why all other automated shades are more expensive. Save yourself the headache and get Lutron

Thank you for your feedback. You are right that the Leviosa App has full functionality but limited automation capability, and that is because customers tell us they do not need 'another App', and Leviosa functionality rolls up into Apple HomeKit, SmartThings, and many others that provide full home automation functionality (multiple time, sunrise/set, etc). So customers get full functionality with their Leviosa shades, and use Apps they already have that already link and can coordinate Leviosa shades with the rest of their devices. Leviosa is a US based company (Charlotte, NC), and uses common carriers such as UPS to deliver our products. Leviosa Zone is useless

I am already in my third bridge and it is stuck connecting to cloud. I have even gotten a new router and it still will not connect. If you are looking for a smart home shade this isn’t it. App interface is also antiquated.
