This has to be one of the worst apps in the stores history.
Dreamed up by marketing idiots and poorly executed, I’m struggling to see the point as it doesn’t do anything!
Launching something as bad as this is only going to cause damage to the Levi’s brand and their reputation.
- Doesn’t remember your username and password so you have to login every time.
- can’t even retrieve the username and password from keychain so you have type them.
- once in it freezes every time you touch it. I’ve never been able to do anything apart from stare at a grey screen or some irritating flipping icons.

They cancelled my order after taking my money
I ordered the pink linen shirt today after just signing up for the app and I checked the availability of the product and it was in stock. After ordering and paying for my order, I got a message saying my order has been cancelled now. I have to wait 7 to 10 business days because you couldn’t update your Stocks on your app. Maybe next time, don’t take the money until you’re sure you can deliver a product

iPad issues
When using the app on a iPAD if you have the iPad in landscape mode, you are not able to add items to the basket because it cuts this part of the screen off. Turn the iPad portrait and it works. The other problem is after viewing an item and returning back to the list, it scrolls back to the top of the page, so you have to re-scroll back down to where you were! Very annoying.
