Forced to update all the time - frustrating
Since when do apps FORCE you to update before you can use it? I’m pretty sure I updated once a couple months ago already. You’re not a banking app, it is fine to do updates but it should not instantly become mandatory for users to get the latest version... What it does is put me off from using the app to online shop when I’m in the mood for it / have time for it. Especially people don’t always have access to wifi for app updates. Frustrating

This has to be one of the worst apps in the stores history.
Dreamed up by marketing idiots and poorly executed, I’m struggling to see the point as it doesn’t do anything!
Launching something as bad as this is only going to cause damage to the Levi’s brand and their reputation.
- Doesn’t remember your username and password so you have to login every time.
- can’t even retrieve the username and password from keychain so you have type them.
- once in it freezes every time you touch it. I’ve never been able to do anything apart from stare at a grey screen or some irritating flipping icons.

I ordered the pink linen shirt today after just signing up for the app and I checked the availability of the product and it was in stock. After ordering and paying for my order, I got a message saying my order has been cancelled now. I have to wait 7 to 10 business days because you couldn’t update your Stocks on your app. Maybe next time, don’t take the money until you’re sure you can deliver a product
