Barely functional with all the ads and pop ups. I’m using the app, why do I need a pop up to download the app?

I love my Levo LUX and love their app they have! They make purchases so easy and they have SOOO many resources on the app! I have tried so many recipes they have on the app

I agree with the other reviews of the app is no longer worth downloading. Also, the ability was advertised for the extra price on the machine, as the app was a feature that helped me select this machine so it should be still available.

App locks up constantly… device works good
App features not working
Just downloaded app tried reading through and most of the features do not load or show! Kinda disappointed with this app since I just purchased the Levo 2. Please fix app it’s not working on my iPad and IPhone. Unhappy customer!
App issues
Hey, your app may need an update. The embedded links for recipes are not responding, specifically the links for the Super Bowl recipes. I can’t make a comment to alert staff of the issue or anything.
Gummy Mixes
I have used other mixes I just spend more $ and time adding what is already in LEVO mixes. Always great flavor.
Can’t program remotely
My Lēvo II comes with a sticker that told me to download this app so I could program my infusions remotely - nothing on this app allows for that. Very disappointing and annoying.

I’ve had my LEVO II for a few years. The LEVO machine not only helps save me money on infused personal care products; it is very user-friendly; has various infusing options for fresh herbs like lavender, basil, rosemary, thyme, etc. If you buy or grow your own fresh herbs, you can dry, activate, and infuse in the same machine.
And if that’s not enough to convince you of the value, maybe the creative kitchen menu will. For example I can infuse honey with lavender or infuse milk or heavy cream for my special magic milk!!! Limitless creative ideas for unique culinary delights!!!
Additionally, every interaction with customer service has been delightful. I’ve had two serious issues and both times the team helped get them resolved quickly and hassle-free.

Broken app
Locks up after selecting one item and does not let you advance to next item.
They removed all functionality
The calculator and all the recipe pages don’t work, they just freeze and stop responding to input - and the biggie, being able to control the LEVO through the app, was completely removed. This app isn’t worth anything, it’s just a garbage storefront. I’m so disappointed in this app and in the company.

App isn’t navigable or informative
None of the calculators work in the app. Not the edible potency app. Not the medium versus the infused calculator. Cant navigate to the recipes. Can’t use their remote application anymore. And to top it allall off, there are bizarre snowflakes falling all over the words in the app.

App is full of bugs can’t see recipes I suggest just searching online rather then trying to use this mess.
Still missing remote infusion feature
After 2 years, the “remote infusion app” that was promised by the manufacturer in multiple other reviews has still not arrived. This is one of the main reasons I and many others purchased the device. Very disappointed in this company for the bait and switch.
Pop ups break app
I just wanted this app for the oil time and temp calculator and it unusable because pop ups and snowflakes make it freeze before I can even select what herb I’m using
App doesn’t work
I couldn’t access any features of this app to tell you whether it’s decent because their stupid holiday ad that overlays all the pages is broken so you can’t minimize it but you also can’t interact with the page while the little snowflakes from the holiday ad fall all over the page. None of the functionality works whatsoever. What a waste and not a great showing for a $300 appliance.
