You can purchase voucher but you can’t activate . I received a ticked proved with evidence and they still didn’t acknowledge. Be careful using the app

Does not work at all. Doesn't show any vouchers, doesn't let me see the account. Message: "come back later". I have come back several times over the last few months, it never works! I complained over the phone, solution provided: use the website! Great, why have an app? why not update it? either update it or thrash it! No, there is no reason to be proud having an app and ignoring the fact that you get mostly 1 star reviews. Solve the root cause.
