Quality downhill, price uphill
When Lewkin first came out two-three years ago, they were super affordable and fast delivery, one week. Now prices are so much more expensive and the quality is cheap. Shipping and delivery takes one month and expect some items to go out of stock. I used to love Lewkin but the prices for quality and the long delivery times weren’t worth it.

TERRIBLE customer service
I ordered 14 days ago and my package still hasnt been prepared? I emailed the chat bot asking for updates and they said they would transfer me over to a real person but now they just aren’t responding to my emails?! genuinely ridiculous since i ordered from them because on their website it said it takes about 7 days to ship out and i needed these clothes quickly for an upcoming performance. I honestly don’t know what to do now since my performance is in 12 days and I still haven’t gotten my package.

terrible customer service
no response to any email or message sent through the chat bot. they also say that it takes 4-7 days to send an update and it’s currently been over 17 days and still no update or response. i’ve emailed many many times to no response at all.

Terrible customer service and no package after 19 days
I ordered from LEWKIN before and everything was delivered and I was even surprised that my package came in after 5 days. So, I decided to order a second time in the beginning of the month, my package still hasn’t even been shipped out after 19 days. I reached out to customer service but they just said that the tracker will update once my package has been shipped and now they aren’t replying back but at this point I just want a refund. I don’t think shipping preparation should take this long and on their website it says maximum time is 7 days but it’s been already double that amount

I bought one item for 42’99$, and it said “error name on card not correct”. So I retyped it, it didn’t work, went to check my bank account cause I had a weird feeling, and discovered it charged me twice. Literally the worst app ever! Such a scam. Never buy from here!

Items go out of stock after you purchase an item which is ridiculous. I’d recommend other brands.
