Great app but needs improvements
I bought the ES5 and downloaded this app, and I think it’s really great, but it still needs some necessary functions added. First, I think the app should have an option to switch between backups from different devices. Now, the ES5 creates two separate document folders for each device, but I am unable to download photos and videos from the iPad folder to my iPhone, vice versa. If I upgrade from an iPhone 17 to an 18, I would not be able to transfer files from the older device to the new. Second, there should be a “Select All” button for downloading or deleting all files. I have backed up more than 57,000 files from my phone, and selecting files one by one is extremely time-consuming. I hope Lexar will consider these suggestions and continue improving the app to provide a better user experience. Thanks.

Terrible app
Provides no direction on error, keeps giving faulty root directory errors. There is no help option either.

Needed to clear space on my iphone and this app makes it easy
Was Best and Only app
The app was the best in his class onto the last update of 3.2 now it doesn’t work for every new photo. It says the images are in iCloud which I do not use and it doesn’t back up.

Gute und einfache Backup App
Was ich schmerzlich vermisse ist, eine Taste um alles zu markieren und zu löschen zum Beispiel und was mir auffiel ist wenn ich mein zielordner lösche werden zwar die thumbnails angezeigt aber beim öffnen zeigt er weiße Bilder an.

Using this app to offload my wife’s photos & videos (iPhone 15), total of 5,657 files… took about 48 minutes! This is an awesome app!

What kind of 128GB external drive is it? Our app primarily works by directly recognizing the drive through the iPhone. If the iPhone itself cannot recognize it, we won’t be able to access it either. You can try opening the iPhone’s Files app to check. Alternatively, if your external drive is an MFi-certified product, it might require using its designated companion app for proper functionality.
iCloud Backup Problem
I would like to use the app to make an iCloud photo backup. Unfortunately, the Photos app should be set so that the original photos are on the device, but these are more GB than my iPhone has storage. So as long as the app can't retrieve the data from iCloud itself, I can't use it.
